Out of Stock Items
If a product you ordered becomes out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 working day of receiving your parcel. Kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
